ABOUT US

The Stoneridge Condominium Complex was developed on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas under the name of Stoneridge Horizontal Property Regime. A Master Deed was filed for record on May 2, 1983. After the completion of Phase I (Buildings 3 & 4) the Developers and POA Members executed a First Amendment to the Master Deed on March 17, 1984 detailing the development of Phases II and III.

Our Gated Complex is located on the North and South sides of Long Island Drive. A total of 60 units occupy the 10 Buildings of Stoneridge. On the north side, Buildings 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 are located on the water's edge. Buildings 9 & 10 are situated on a hill. The north side is also the location of a Club House, Pool and Boat Docks. The south side contains Buildings 7 & 8, both on the waters edge, a Caretakers House, Tennis Courts and Boat Docks.

Each building at Stoneridge is 3 Stories and houses a total of 6 Condominium Units. The Condos in Buildings 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,9 & 10 are 1,580 square foot, 2 bedroom units. Only Building 3 houses 1,760 square foot, 3 bedroom units. Buildings 9 & 10 each have an elevator. All Units at Stoneridge have a Reserved Parking Space and share ample Guest Parking Spaces. Two balconied Patios on every Stoneridge Condo provide ideal spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton.

Our POA Dues are $240 per month per unit. Units utilizing the elevators in Buildings 9 & 10 pay an additional $40 per month in POA Dues. POA Dues cover the expenses of water, replacement value property insurance on our buildings & facilities, Liability Insurance and the maintenance, replacement and repair of Common Areas.
